Violant Pérez, David and Francesco

Hi! My name is Violant, I’m 24 and an electronic engineer currently completing a Master’s in Project Management at UNSW. I’m working both as an engineer and part-time in hospitality.

My housemates, David (27) and Francesco (27), and I are looking for a new place to move into together. David works as an accountant, and Francesco works in hospitality. We’re currently sharing a house with six people and would love to find a quieter place just for the three of us.

We’re all responsible, tidy, and respectful tenants who like to keep the house clean and well-organized. We enjoy having a calm, friendly environment where everyone feels comfortable.
