Jocelyn and Ian

Hi, I’m Jocelyn. I’m from Taiwan and currently in Australia on a working holiday visa. I have two jobs — one at a dental clinic and another at a café. I used to be a nurse in Taiwan, and I’m planning to change my visa to a student visa to study nursing.

My partner, Ian Kim (28), is from Korea. We’re looking for a room close to a bus stop or other public transportation. We don’t drink or party, and we always keep our place clean. If you’re looking for quiet and respectful tenants, please feel free to contact me.

We usually work all day, but we’re friendly and enjoy chatting and having fun when we have free time. We also love pets! If you have a bedroom available for us, please let me know. We’re looking for a queen-size bedroom, and we prefer rent that includes bills such as water and electricity.
