Looking for a 3rd person to go on a lease for a house. We are applying for houses between Mermaid Beach to Coolangatta, ideally as close to the beach as possible.
Current tenants:
Bianca 31 fulltime nursing student, loves everything girly, fitness, nature.
Andy 35 fulltime tradie, surfer, early bird, gym lad.
Not a party house. Everyones very laid back and respectful. Our current lease ends Jan 8th looking to move into a bigger house wanting a 3-4 bed house 2 bathrooms a garden and big kitchen. Maximum of 4 people living there, ideally only wanting total of 3.
Ideal future roomate:
Works full time, has a good rental history, is happy paying 380-450 a week in rent, max house price $1400 a week between us. Tidy, laid back, non smoker. We also have a black and white cat. Andy and I are just friends met last year on flatmates. Cant take on additional pets and no children sorry x
