I am friendly and respectful. I like to keep things clean and tidy especially in the kitchen.
I like well-behaved dogs. I don't really watch TV.
I will be away for 2 months overseas and when I come back I need a place to live for 6 to 12 months. I have some furniture, table, chair , microwave, but no bed, mattress, whitegoods. I would prefer to have a furnished bedroom, and can contribute to some stuff in the house if you'd like to team up for a rental place.
I have a car, so preferable somewhere I can park easily.
