If you’re looking for a friendly, kind and respectful flatmate who also values personal space, that’s pretty much me!

I’m a sociable person and I enjoy chatting, sharing a coffee, going for walks or occasionally doing something together. At the same time, I really value my routines and my time alone. I think the best flatmates are people who can enjoy each other’s company while also respecting each other’s independence and privacy.

I’m quite independent, easygoing and considerate when sharing a space. I like keeping a calm, comfortable home environment and I’m someone who communicates openly and respects boundaries. I also appreciate living with someone who understands that balance — sharing the space in a relaxed way without feeling like we always have to be “on” socially.

A bit about me: I work part-time at a software company and I’m currently studying IT. I do gym regularly and tend to have a structured routine during the week.

I’m looking to share with women only. Ideally someone who also enjoys a calm lifestyle — not really into party stuff. I’d love to live with someone who doesn’t smoke, or use drugs.

I’m not obsessive about cleaning, but I do appreciate shared spaces being kept tidy and comfortable for everyone. I believe good communication and mutual respect make a home feel peaceful and easy to live in :)
