Hi! I’m moving back to the Gold Coast after 13 years in Sydney and looking for a calm, beautiful place to call home while I settle into my new role. I’m looking for a place from March 30 to June 30.

I work full-time in hospitality management (day/evening mix) and live a pretty balanced lifestyle. During the week I’m focused on work, gym/wellness, beach walks and early nights, and on days off I love a nice dinner, wine with friends or a relaxed Sunday by the water. I’m social and warm but not a party house person definitely more “glass of wine and good chat” than late-night chaos.

I’m very house-proud, clean and respectful of shared spaces. I’ve lived in beautiful homes for years and treat wherever I live as a sanctuary…tidy kitchen, calm energy, and open communication are important to me.

Ideally looking for:

• Like-minded, kind housemates
• Somewhere that feels safe and relaxed
• Close to the beach/coastal lifestyle preferred
