Hi my name is Tiffany and I am a full time working professional and student.
My job requires me to travel from time to time as well as I have flexible working arrangements meaning I’m able to work from home when I want to and also I am able to go into the office when needed.
I am in the 40s club so I am mature, respectful, courteous and kind. I understand the dynamic of living with people in a share house environment.
I am happy to have a chat when time permits. but I’m also respectful of other housemates, and respect and understand that everyone needs their own space and downtime.
I am very easy to get along with and I’m very laid back and chill. I am also very clean and know how to keep my room, bathroom and private space clean and tidy. If there is communal space, I am happy to clean up after myself along with scheduled cleans and putting out bins if needed.
I would like to hopefully share a space with like-minded individuals that are respectful of each other and their space, and are clean tidy and easy to get along with.
I’m looking for a place that is reasonably close (or within a short walking distance)to public transport, local shops and is safe and secure.
I think that I would make a great housemate as I am respectful, courteous and kind. I am reliable, mature and easy to get along with.
