Callan Lyall

Hi, my name is Callan Lyall. Im 25 years old have and lived in sharehousing since I was 18. I'm well domesticated, clean and quite the friendly extrovert. I'm a full-time profesional who spent the last two years in Sydney as a journalist and am now working in logistics admin. Work is always in-office, located in Derrimut, and i keep quite busy during the remainder of my day. Some good qualities of mine, faultess with rent payments, always maintaining a clean household, friendly and supportive, love pets if you have any, am definitely not a party junkie. Hobbies are sport and fitness of all kinds, cooking, a large collection of music and I'm trying to read more. Some random quirks, I find it difficult to clean without playing music, prefer an 8-9pm early bedtime and stay a devout Catholic, attending church every Sunday. I'm not too picky with housemates, lets support each other, make a living and have a nice home. Due to my current work commute of 1.5 hours, I'm hoping to find a place soon. My furniture items can be either used or stored off-location, I'm not too fussed and don't want to invade someone's living areas if it's already established. After uprooting my living location and my career, I'm a ways off being able to pay a $1,500 bond but will happily work out a weekly debit just for bond and could even add extra to that if an immediate lack of bond were to throw you out a little bit.
