my name is Nia, I’m from Germany and as I’m heading into my second year in Australia I’m looking for a place to stay in Sydney.

I’m super easy-going! As an extrovert, I’m a very bubbly, positive and happy person that’s always down for some fun. So no matter if going to the beach, hiking, cooking, a games night or a night out. Wanna grab a coffee? I’m in! Wanna go for a run? I’m in! Otherwise you’ll catch me shopping or at pilates haha.
So I love a good bunch to live with but also know how to respect personal space. 🫶🏽

From my previous year I’ve experienced living in shared spaces and know how important cleanliness and reliability are.

As I’m arriving in SYD on the 19th of November, I can move in anytime after that, but before Christmas would be great! I’m looking to stay in Sydney long term, but right now it’s most important to me to find something over the holidays so I’m open to short term as well.
Area-wise, preferably in and around Bondi (like probably most people haha) or just anywhere close to a beach but still central enough go easily get from A to B. Overall I’m flexible, so just reach out. And if you’ve got a pet I’ll move in asap! 🐈🐕
