I’ve recently relocated to Brisbane and I’m looking for a short-term rental or room (2–3 months) around North Lakes, Redcliffe, Clontarf, Morayfield or Bellmere while I secure my own long-term place.

My budget is up to $350 per week for a room, or up to $625 per week for a full property (minimum 2 bedrooms).
I’ve just commenced a full-time position (started on the 24th), so stable income is secured. Rent is always paid on time, and I have strong references from all previous homes in South Australia, mostly living independently on my own.

I’m very house-proud, clean and respectful. I have everything needed to fully set up and maintain a home, so if anything is needed around the house, chances are I already have it.

I also have my 8-year-old cat, Cleo. She’s well-behaved and toilet trained. She definitely has personality, but she loves her sleep and spends a lot of time napping. I’m looking for somewhere suitable for an inside/outside cat.
