I’m a working professional who has just moved to Darwin and am looking for a long-term place to stay. I prefer a clean, quiet, and comfortable living environment.
I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and don’t have kids. I’m very tidy and take good care of my space.
It will only be me living in the property. My girlfriend lives in Brisbane, and I usually visit her about once a month, so I’ll occasionally be away. She will not be staying at the property.
