Emad

I’m Emad, a Structural Engineer currently working in West Perth. I’m a clean, tidy, and well-organized person, and I don’t smoke. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, watching series, and reading books. I’m originally from Iran, and I’ve spent the past few years living abroad—two years in Melbourne and two years in Canada.

I’m looking for a room where I can have a comfortable place to rest and unwind. I always respect my housemates’ privacy and believe in keeping a friendly, considerate atmosphere at home. I also support having a regular cleaning routine for shared spaces such as the kitchen, living room, and bathroom to ensure a neat and welcoming environment for everyone.
