My name is Wyatt, I am a 20 year old Architecture student and casual bar tender looking for a place to live in the Newcastle area. I moved to Newcastle from the Mid North Coast at the start of 2024 to attend university and have been living on campus at the University of Newcastle. Im planning on staying in Newcastle to continue my studies on a part-time workload whilst working a full time job. When im not working or studying I like to spend most of my time outdoors, mainly at the beach, on my skateboard or out on a walk. I am a very laid back person who is easy to get along with and always keen for a chat or social gathering, but also enjoy and respect a bit of individual downtime from time to time. I am a very hard worker and prefer to keep my living spaces tidy, always staying on top of and contributing to household duties. Im looking for shared accomodation with like-minded people who I can get along with.
