Hey everyone! I'm a 27 yr old female, working fulltime Mon-Fri. I'm not fussy on the exact suburb, but it really needs to be near-ish to the city + near a train/bus as I work in Perth. 1 car space would be great.
Currently I am paying 400$pw for my room, but I am able to go up to 450 or 500 if most of the bills are included in the rent.
I'm incredibly neat, quiet, and love to keep an ordered space. Not a fan of partying, drinking, smoking, any of that. I really need a space of my own as my job is very draining/stressful.
Unfurnished is perfectly OK, but if there can be a bedframe and a fridge/washing machine perhaps that would be fantastic. I will not be moving with a pet, cat in picture is at another property :)
