Hey! I’m a 30-year-old tradie looking for a place around Newstead or nearby suburbs. My budget is up to $400/week, and I’m pretty flexible on move-in dates — ideally planning to stay long-term (around 12 months).

I work full-time with early starts, so I’m usually out the door early and not too noisy. Outside of work, you’ll find me at the gym, heading to the beach, or chilling at home. I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with — happy to live with anyone who’s friendly and considerate.

I’d love a place with a private bathroom, and parking access would be a bonus.
