Hey, I’m Ethan, 24, and I work full-time in architectural drafting. I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. During the week I’m usually busy with work and the gym, and on weekends I’m either catching up with mates, heading to the beach for a surf, or doing something car or bike related.

I’m social and happy to have a chat or hang out, but also respect personal space and downtime. I’m looking for a chilled, comfortable place with tidy, like-minded housemates who are easy to get along with.

My budget is around $300–$350 per week. I’d prefer a place with my own ensuite, but I’m still open to sharing for the right setup and people. Ideally after a long-term arrangement.
