My name is Diaz, I am 23 years old and currently working full-time as a bar manager in Hamilton. I have been living in Newcastle for the past 2 years and the housemates that I currently live with are both moving away at the end of the year so I am looking for a new place to stay.

I am a very tidy and respectful housemate and I will always clean up after myself. Myself and my two current housemates all work very unusual hours, so I am well adapted to respecting unusual schedules and keeping quiet. I do love a good boogie or a night out on the beers.

I love going to the beach, and you will find me there almost every day in summer. I am also a huge bookworm and it’s not unusual to find me curled up on the lounge with my nose stuck in a book. I am a plant lover as well. I have a lot of them, but they will all fit in my room if you would prefer them not to be in the common areas.

I am open to any lease between 6 and 12 months, and I am currently not locked into a lease at the house I am at so I can move in at any time that works for you.
