Merline: I'm a quiet and respectful person and mostly keep to myself. I'm doing my Masters in Data Science at Monash uni, and have 2 years of experience working in the IT industry.
My sister Alphine is a friendly and respectful person as well. She's currently doing her Masters in Education at Victoria uni.
The lease at our current place is ending soon, and we'd like a change in scenery. We're looking for a shared room with an en-suite bathroom (or two private rooms with a shared bathroom) in a clean and well-maintained household. We're also okay with a studio or a 1BHK unit that can be shared by two people, as long as it's within our budget. We're looking for long-term stay – ideally a year – but we're okay with a 6-month lease as well.
Our ideal location would be Clayton or Caulfield East, close to the train station, and with easy access to either of the Monash uni campuses.
