I'm from Italy my name is Andrea I am 34 years old. I'll become a student visa holder since dicember of this year.

I have been working at Due South Restaurant in Albany, WA, since November 2024. I'm currently living in viveash and working at Joey's diner restaurant. I'm responsible, tidy, and respectful individuals with stable income and good savings. I'm looking for a comfortable and clean apartment to rent, and we are happy to share.

I like to live outdoor when not at working. I like cycling with my road bike. I'm pretty simple and I'm looking for a quiet place to live, I don't have any pets and I'm not a party couple.

I have been renting room in cash since I'm here in Australia or lived in hostel so I don't have a physical references but only phone contacts by our previous landlords.
