Andrea and Giulia

Hello,

We're a couple from Italy our names are Andrea and Giulia . We're student visa holder since november 2025. Giulia is studying carpentry.

We have been working at Due South Restaurant in Albany, WA, since November 2024. We are currently living in viveash and working at Joey's diner restaurant. We responsible, tidy, and respectful individuals with stable income and good attitude. We're looking for a comfortable and clean apartment to rent, and we are happy to share.

We like to live outdoor when not at working. Andrea likes cycling and Giulia likes gardening, croquet and smoking. We're pretty simple and we're looking for a quiet place to live, we don't have pets and we don't party.

We have been renting room in cash since I'm here in Australia or lived in hostel so we don't have a physical references but only phone contacts by our previous landlords.
