Hey, I'm Sam and I'm a 20 year old male.

In my current situation I'm stuck in a property that is very poorly managed, dirty and mold infested and I am willing to leave asap.

I'm a fairly quiet individual but still down to socialise and have a good chat. I like keep clean and happy to help around the house with cleaning. In my spare time I like to go for walks, usually long ones, hanging out with friends and in my downtime from my busy days I like to play a board game or play on my computer.

I study Biomedical Science, entering third and final year. Wanting to pursue a further career in medicine.
Currently working two jobs (Lab technician at Hone Ag and Kitchen Supervisor at Newy Fried Chicken) and also juggling technically a third job as part of a scholarship at HMRI.

Would love to move in with people that understand routines in keeping clean and communicate to each other when issues arise and problems/tasks need to be completed. Please don't hesitate to send me a message if you are interested with me moving in.
