Hi future friend - I’m Respectful, honest, clean and tidy, reliable, I pay my rent on time, I’m sociable a Non smoker however will have the Occasional glass of wine over a good meal.

I have a stable and rewarding job therefore shift work has become my life (for now). I am of Pacific Island Decent and less than 7mth new to Australia.

I am looking for a biggish room that can fit a queen bed plus study desk - it MUST have its own Ensuite (bathroom) attached AND I have a car therefore I need a secure car park in the building also as my work hours vary from time to time.

I understand my request may be hard to accompany - however I’m happy to negotiate the rate to something higher if you are able to provide the above :)
