Hi there. My name is Tahnaya, but my friends call me TJ.
I am 19 years old, currently pregnant with my 2nd child and I’m currently looking for the perfect private rental to begin living independently. Although I am not currently employed, I am actively seeking full-time work and am committed to securing stable employment as soon as possible.

In the meantime, I am part of a program that contributes approximately $200 per week toward my rent. In addition to this, I receive Centrelink payments, which together are more than sufficient to cover my rent and living expenses. I am confident in my ability to manage my finances responsibly and ensure that rent will always be paid on time and in full.

I consider myself a quiet and respectful person. I enjoy peaceful activities like going for walks, exploring new places on scenic drives, and generally keeping to myself. I also take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy living space and would treat any rental property with care and respect—as if it were my own.

I am highly motivated to make this transition into independent living and would be truly grateful for the opportunity to be considered for your property.
