My current lease ends this Saturday, 31 January 2026, so I am highly motivated to move asap!!

Searching for short-term (preferably 3-to-6-months) accommodation while studying Bachelor of Arts/Law (Honours) at UQ.

I have bond monies and security deposit immediately available, and am a permanent part-time Legal Assistant at a law firm, so would consider my employment and financial status to be secure.

I have multiple references from previous sharehouses and have always had positive relationships with my property managers. I am friendly and love meeting new people, but also value privacy so am a very quiet and considerate tenant overall.

Can provide rental references, financial documents, and identity documents upon request.
