Hi hi!

How are you?

My name is Jade, and as you’ve seen, I’m a 23-year-old female. I’m currently looking for a room to rent in the heart of Brisbane or the surrounding suburbs, with a maximum budget of $200 a week (excluding bills), and a minimum length of stay of 6 months. I don’t have any pets, and I don’t smoke. I do have a car and have no preference for parking, whether on the street or on the property. It is definitely an added bonus if the house has air conditioning because hot damn, Brisbane can get hot, haha.

I have roughly 6 years of experience renting, so I’m no stranger to open communication, being tidy, and respecting everyone’s boundaries/needs for space. That being said, I also adore a household game night (Nintendo Switch and board games at the ready), social event, sharing a meal or even watching an episode of your favourite show.

I don’t currently work because I have been classed as disabled, but I am a full-time student at Griffith University's Nathan Campus, which means I am very much at home. On my good days, you probably won’t see me as I will be out and about in Brisbane or enjoying the nature spots close by (I love the outdoors). Otherwise, you’ll either find me reading, painting/creating or absolutely laughing my guts out at a sitcom.
