I’m in search of a place to call my own outside of my family home, preferably in Newcastle or surrounding suburbs to be closer to work. I grew up in a small town - where I currently still live - and as much as I love it here, I have the urge to live closer to a beach or lake, and be closer to work.

I’m looking for a place to fit a queen bed, pricing up to $260 excluding bills or $300 including bills, but preferably lower.

I am a musician and bartender (love, love, LOVE both industries) and in my spare time you’ll find me writing music, journaling or painting, at the gym or out for a walk, reading a book, watching horror movies, cooking, or just taking extra shifts at work :P

I am a quiet, tidy, and respectful housemate. I respect alone time as I often have days where my social battery is kaput, but boy howdy I do love to yap as well. I’m positive you’d be happy to have me as a housemate, knowing I will respect your peace and privacy as well as the house itself - not to mention you’ll get first dibs on any baked goods or meals I make ;)
