Hiya 👋 we’ve recently moved to Adelaide (originally UK and Germany) and are looking for an en-suite, granny flat, studio or private room preferably walking distance to the coast - Glenelg, Semaphore, Henley, Brighton etc. - would be helpful if close to transport links too as we share a car. Furnished and with a parking spot too would be good.

Our budget is $300-500 depending on type of accommodation and we can provide references from our previous landlords if needed.

We are just starting our 2nd WHVs and been living in Perth for the past year - I work in finance and Dom is in logistics.
