I am a Neurodivergent artist looking for a peaceful, calm and nurturing space to live and thrive in. I would like 2-3 rooms if possible. My 21yr old currently lives with me in a granny flat at Elermore Vale (due to Tourettes syndrome and ASD) and the property is being sold. We would like to be rehomed together 🤣

I am about to start Creative Practice degree through Newcastle Art School.
I love gardening, have 3 older kids (2 out of home) and 2 hilarious and lovely mini foxies (6 and 9 yrs old) who are house trained.
I receive DSP and am eligible for full rent assistance and a DV rental subsidy as well.

Due to my neurodivergence, a quieter area and household would be best for me, I’m also pretty partial to good natural light and wooden floors.

Being able to stay put for a while is important, and I love a laugh and occasional dance around the kitchen while cooking. I make a killer Mai Tai but don’t drink very often.
I am tidy, respectful and practical and like beautiful things. I enjoy time in my hammock, growing dahlias, painting, textile art, and floating on my back in the ocean.

Zephyr is very respectful and calm, enjoys ancient history, intricately hand carving timber and dancing with friends. Zephyr is very tidy, has a great sense of humor and would like to study ancient history/linguistics.
