I’m Matt. 27, from the UK. Living in Maroubra since March. Flatmates cousin is moving in to my current room so I need a new place. Working full-time (self-employed), and looking for a chill house with good people (lads/gals both fine).

Prefer Eastern Suburbs like Randwick, Bondi, Bronte, Waverley, etc

I’m working on my business 7-8 hours a day so have plenty to do outside of the house.

Not a party-type but love going out to the beach to catch sunrise, cafes, lunches, etc.

Staying in airbnbs/with friends/family til a room is sorted 👊🏻

Stay length is until January 24th 2026 (when my working holiday y1 visa expires) but I can extend it without farm work depending on vibes 🙏🏼
