We are a friendly, respectful and easygoing Argentinian couple looking for a studio, granny flat, condo or property in the Gold Coast area for a long-term stay.

We are a responsible, clean and tidy couple who truly value a peaceful, comfortable and well-maintained home. We take great care of the spaces we live in, furniture and household items as if they were our own, and we always make sure everything stays organized and clean.

We are quiet, non-smokers, drama-free and respectful people who enjoy a balanced lifestyle. We're looking for a private place just for the two of us, where we can feel at home, enjoy our privacy and maintain a calm and positive environment.

We're reliable with rent payments and are looking for a place to call home until April 2027 while working and studying in Australia. References can also be provided if needed.
