I am a very independent and quiet tenant. I have a really good rental history spaning 5+ years with no faults.

I am ex bond cleaner and have good standards around cleanliness in the home. I have a strict daily routine I do to make every day a fresh one, making my bed etc. I want to deep clean the spaces I use at least once at month - no expections of anyone I live with abiding to that standard. My current landlord (whom I live with) can attest to that. 😊

The only reason I'm looking to move is for bigger opportunities. I have a great tenant relationship with my landlord.

I have two small pets that are very trained and both toliet trained for the outside. A small and senior Jack Russell and a small 3yo cat. Cat is so small she can fit in my handbag! Both desexed and up to date in health. Looking for someone who can accommodate having the two pets inside and outside the home. This is a non negotiable.

I don't mind smokers or drinkers, I don't mind if you don't work. I personally don't smoke, drink or currently work but have stable income.

Looking to live with someone who will allow me my own space and privacy and preferably someone quiet.
