I am a very independent and quiet tenant. I have a really good rental history spaning 5+ years with no faults.

I am ex bond cleaner and have good standards around cleanliness in the home. I have a strict daily routine I do to make every day a fresh one, making my bed etc. I want to deep clean the spaces I use at least once at month - no expections of anyone I live with abiding to that standard.

The only reason I'm looking to move is for bigger opportunities. I have a great tenant relationship with my landlord.

I own a 1 year old cat named Ruben. He's house trained and a lovely boy.

I don't mind smokers or drinkers, I don't mind if you don't work. I personally don't smoke, drink or currently work but have stable income. I am looking to head back into work but have some minor health conditions setting me back. I have good savings.

Looking to live with someone who will allow me my own space and privacy and preferably someone quiet. My max budget is $325 per week. Looking to rent a place at the $600 and under mark between myself and another person in the Albury Wodonga area.
