40+ but young at heart IT professional working in Chatswood 2/3 days per week and WFH 2/3 days. Love cycling, hiking, markets, being near the water. Mornings I'll go for a jog/ride; after work either gym/jog, a quiet beer or both! Weekends I'll be out doing similar but might head back to Sutherland Shire to visit family and friends. I get around on a Honda scooter mostly, but happy to park it on the street. Hopefully have somewhere to lock my bicycle.

I'm low maintenance and try to keep a quiet and respectful demeanor - I'm the type of person who turns the light switch off quietly. I'm not a clean freak but basic hygiene, cleanliness and tidyness are important. I don't know if there's a term for someone who is between introvert and extrovert but that's probably me - I'm happy to have a chat with anyone but I'm very conscious and respectful of personal space and wellbeing. So I guess I would be looking for similar in my potential housemates.
