My partner, Marcus, and I are relocating to the Gold Coast and are eager to find a comfortable and well-maintained home. We are looking for a place by ourselves however If we are the right fit we could have a share house!

We are looking for a little place if it’s short term that’s okay, we are just wanting to be in qld to start our new adventure!

A little about us: I am a qualified Pilates instructor with experience running my own business, and I am seeking employment at a local studio on the Gold Coast. Marcus has recently completed his carpentry apprenticeship and will be working in the trade industry in the area. We are both responsible, reliable, and financially stable tenants with a strong rental history.

We also have a small, well-behaved dog named Pudgy. He is 11 years old, sleeps most of the day, and has never caused any damage or disturbances in previous rental properties. We are happy to provide references from past landlords to verify our excellent rental record and responsible pet ownership.
