I just recently moved from Perth currently living with family but really need to get out (the are slowly driving me mad)
I would ideally like a quiet studio or Granny flat where I can relax, read and eventually study.
Currently unemployed (on DSP) but will be studying from october.
I am a smoker (but can go for walks up the road to smoke if preferred) (strictly nothing else and I dont drink ) i also have a 9 month old pug she is just beautiful loves everyone she meets
I have a 8yr old daughter who would be visiting and staying over every second weekend and some of the school hoildays
I'm looking for 6-12month lease with possibility to stay longer
My budget is around $400-$450 a week bonus if bills are included and/or I can get an extra bedroom
