I have full-time morning shifts on all weekdays in Lane Cove and part-time evening shifts 3-days a week in Glebe. I smoke but never inside, always outside! Because I like keeping my room clean, tidy, smell free. Have no pets or car. After living in a shared room of boarding house in Pyrmont for last 15 months, I want my own room, a privacy now. I have to vacate my current shared room by 6-th October.

If room rent is within $350 (bills included), it is ideal to me. Somewhere closer to public transportation would be great as my double shift day starts at 5am and ends at midnight. Preferable location might be best if new home is just walking distance from Metro station. Easier and faster to travel. Been in Sydney for only 2,5 years so far.

I don’t own any furniture, will bring just small heater, bit of kitchen appliances, and 2 chairs. If you have a room to offer (bit furnished if possible), feel free to message me!
