Hello, my name is Aayush Ramchandani. I am a 19 year old boy from Jakarta,Indonesia currently in Sydney to pursue the Bachelor's in Engineering at the UNSW, Kensington Campus. My parents are originally from India and I have grown up with strong Indian values through them. Most of my time goes into attending university classes, studying at the library, going to the gym, playing basketball, working, completing assignments, and participating in university clubs. I value personal space and respect others’ privacy. I am a vegetarian most of the time and prefer cooking my own meals. I believe that a neat and quiet environment helps maintain a clear and peaceful mind. I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker, and not into partying — I prefer spending time with friends in relaxed or productive ways. I like learning new things, staying active, and connecting with people who share similar values.

I am looking to rent a private room with shared bathroom nearby UNSW preferably. I wish to inspect, finalise and shift end of December around 29th Dec 2025, according to the availability. I plan on renting for 6 months or more.
