Hello, my name is Aayush Ramchandani. I am a 19 year old boy from Jakarta,Indonesia currently in Sydney to pursue my Bachelor's Engineering degree. My parents are originally from India and I have grown up with strong Indian values through them. I am currently enrolled in the Bachelor’s program at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Kensington Campus, with an expected graduation year of 2029.

Most of my time goes into attending university classes, studying at the library, going to the gym, playing basketball, working, completing assignments, and participating in university clubs. I value personal space and respect others’ privacy. I am a vegetarian most of the time and prefer cooking my own meals. I believe that a neat and quiet environment helps maintain a clear and peaceful mind. I enjoy meeting like-minded people and having meaningful conversations. I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker, and not into partying — I prefer spending time with friends in relaxed or productive ways. I like learning new things, staying active, and connecting with people who share similar values.

I am looking to rent a private room with shared bathroom. I wish to inspect, finalise and shift in December ie approx around 15th December 2025 or little later date according to the availability. I plan on renting for 4/6 months or more.
