I'm looking for a furnished room in a sharehouse preferably around Carlton/Fitzroy.

I've currently been living in Balaclava for the last couple of months and my lease is due to end mid Jan. So i'm available to move in Early Jan if alguds.

I work as a Business Analyst and my hobbies include reading, writing, gymming, listening to jazz, and just exploring Melbourne.

I'm clean, tidy, and easy going. I was always pay my bills on time and would like a place with talkative flatmates (although this isn't a requirement).
