Hey!! I’m Ben, I’m 23 and I’m looking for a place to move out. I’m a full time civil construction worker and studying Civil Engineering full time as well, so life’s pretty busy most of the time.

When I’m not working or studying, I’m usually playing footy, at the gym, or just getting out and about on weekends. I’m from Sydney — grew up in Putney and went to school in Strathfield. I also spent a few years up in Armidale studying and working on farms, which was a great experience, but I moved back to Sydney when I switched career paths.

I’d say I’m pretty easygoing and respectful to live with. I keep things clean, pay bills on time, and I’ve got a good routine with early starts. I’m social and always up for a chat or a drink, but also happy doing my own thing and giving people space.

I also spend most of my time at my girlfriend’s place, but she has her own place so I’m just looking for me.
