Hi all,

I am a 31 year old full time working professional looking to find a place with a room of my own! Looking at $300-$400 a week with bills included. My moving date can also be flexible!

I work at a gym and am currently studying to become a personal trainer! I love cooking and cleaning so I am usually doing that between work. I enjoy gym, keeping active and am more than happy with some house mate bonding and dinners together! But am also super respectful of personal space!

I constantly aim to keep the house tidy and keep a warm and comfortable vibe around. I don't have any pets and am single so would just be me. I need the room unfurnished as I have my own bedroom furniture :)

Besides work I’m usually out early in the morning before I work at the gym and after work and on weekends i’m usually out for walks, hiking, catching up with loved ones and enjoying the outdoors.
