Currently living in Leederville but moving out of my apartment at the end of this month. Looking for a room start of April ideally till December or there abouts.

I’m a clean, quiet Scottish lad who tries to spend most of his time outdoors riding bikes or exploring out-width the city at the weekends and working Mon-Fri as a rigger in the city mostly so a room NOR would be preferred. Also have a work ute so parking would be ideal for me.
