✨🏡 Looking for a Room to Rent 🏡✨

Hi! I’m Hannah, 29 from the UK, and looking for a room to call home ☺️

I’m starting a new job at the airport in the next few weeks, so I’m hoping to find a relaxed and comfortable house share nearby, or somewhere along the Armadale / Perth train line so I can easily get to work without a car. Carlisle and Victoria Park are two areas I’m especially keen on, but I’m open to nearby suburbs if the commute is reasonable ✈️

Ideally I’m looking for a furnished room, with $350/week max (including bills). An ensuite or own bathroom would be amazing, but I’m also happy to share with 1–2 others. I’d love to live in a home with a few housemates — somewhere friendly where we can chat after work but also respect each other’s space.

I’m looking for something potentially until May next year, but I’m happy to start with a shorter agreement to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone.

I’m clean, tidy, and easygoing. I don’t smoke or drink, and in my spare time I love reading, watching films, or heading to the beach to soak up the sunshine ☀️
