Hi! I’m 37 years old and currently studying a Master’s degree in Perth while also working.

I’m looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home, studio,1x1, 2x1 unit ideally in the northern suburbs. I’m clean, tidy, respectful and responsible, and I really value keeping shared spaces organised and looking after the home as if it were my own.

I have a busy routine with work and study, so I’m generally pretty quiet at home. I’m friendly and easy-going and happy to have a chat, but I also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.

A parking spot is essential for me as I have a car. Location-wise, I’m ideally looking around Yokine, Tuart Hill, Joondanna, Osborne Park, Innaloo or surrounding northern suburbs.

I’m looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a temporary room. 😊
