Hey,
My name is Ryan, currently living in Coolum Beach and looking for a new place as my lease is ending.
I’m a carpenter by trade and work full time. Most mornings I’m up early for a surf or a run before work, so I’m usually out of the house pretty early. Spend most of my off time either at the beach or outdoors. I’m easygoing and get along with just about anyone. I don’t smoke, have the odd social drink, more into early mornings than late nights.
I’ve lived with heaps of different people in different houses over the years, so I really value a clean, tidy, and respectful place for everyone including neighbours.
