Laura Calderon and Jake Tranter

Hi! We’re Jake (23, from New Zealand) and Laura (28, from Ecuador), a friendly, respectful couple currently based in the Gold Coast.

Jake works full-time in civil construction, and I’m actively seeking work in the area. We’re responsible, financially organised, and used to living in shared homes.

We’re clean, tidy, and very respectful of common areas. We enjoy a calm lifestyle, value good communication, and are not party people. After work, we like to relax, cook at home, and keep things peaceful.

Ideally, we’re looking for a private room with ensuite in a shared house for a short-term stay (around 3 months) while we settle in. However, if the place is a granny flat or a self-contained unit, we’d be very happy to commit long-term.

We’re flexible, easy-going, and looking for a comfortable place where we can feel at home and be great tenants.
