I’ve lived in shared flats for many years and always enjoyed places where people get along easily and interact naturally. I’m easy-going, tidy, and value open, straightforward communication so living together feels relaxed.

I’m currently doing my PhD and appreciate a calm, respectful home. At the same time, I like a shared flat where people occasionally cook together, have a chat, or enjoy a beer or coffee now and then – while everyone still has their own routines and friends.

I’m looking for a friendly, adult flat share with a good balance between shared time and independence, rather than a party house or a place where everyone just stays in their room.
