Maddy

I’m Maddy, I’m 29 and looking for a place to live around the Newcastle area as soon as possible, can move in from 20/10/2025 but am flexible on move date as I am only moving out from temporarily staying with family.

I’m working full time and looking to find somewhere close to my place of work. I currently work in the Kotara area, and occasionally other locations such as Charlestown and Glendale, so looking for something central to those areas.

I drive but currently don’t have a car, so would love somewhere with good access to public transport and the option to park a car when I get one in the near future.

I’m a very quiet person and keep to myself mostly, but am very social with the right people. I don’t party and work every weekend so would love a living situation that aligns with my lifestyle. My ideal setup would be a self contained unit/apartment/granny flat etc. but am open to shared spaces with people if the fit is right.

Pet friendly is a requirement - I have a Jack Russell Terrier aged 13 with a couple of minor health issues that require her to be with me. She’s very friendly, house/apartment trained and super cute. We’re a package deal so please only message if you can accomodate her 🥹
