Hi! I’m currently looking for a room to rent in the Inner West, available anytime from now.

A bit about me: I work full-time as a dog groomer and have a steady income. On top of that, I train mixed martial arts five days a week, so I live a pretty busy and disciplined lifestyle. I’m usually out working or training, which means I’m not home all the time.

I’m social, friendly, and easy to get along with, but I also respect people’s space and downtime. I’m clean, tidy in shared spaces, and always reliable with rent and bills.

I’m a very occasional smoker (always respectful of house rules) and I don’t have any pets.

My budget is up to $350 per week, and I’m ready to move as soon as the right place comes up.
