Hayley and Yoshiki

Hello, My name is Hayley 22 year old Australian female and my boyfriend Yoshiki 25 years old Japanese male are looking for a place to stay in Melbourne together for a while.

I, Hayley, work in Age care as a cleaner full time and work Monday to Friday 7am to 2pm. I also work part-time in age care as kitchen hand Monday to Friday 3pm to 7pm. And my boyfriend Yoshiki works at a bottle shop causally.

We are quiet, respectful, clean person who keeps to herself most of the time.

As your roommate we are fully aware of my legal responsibilities, such as paying my rent on time, respecting my neighbours, respecting each other and others staying in the home,caring for your property and following our agreed upon tenancy agreement as well as the local tenancy act.
