My name is Sarah :)

I am a single professional and non-smoker, looking to secure a long-term rental.

I can provide a rental ledger and property manager reference to support. I have always ensured I pay my rent on time, and have proven track record.

I am clean and tidy and pride myself on maintaining the home as if it’s my own and have always received bond back, with no damages.

I have secure employment in retail and have been employed there since 2021. In the new year I will be pursuing a new career and my work week will be 4 on and 4 off.

I am very social and enjoy hanging out with my friends and family, nature walks and anything artistic. I love to cook, crafts and art, gardening and a bit of trash TV as one does haha.

I do have a family dog that I would like to come for sleepovers every now and then when I miss her. She’s house trained, a small schnoodle and very friendly - but of course that can be open for discussion :)

I am interested in securing a place with close proximity to PT, shops, dining and freeway to work. I really enjoy getting to know my local community and look forward to exploring what my new home has to offer.
