Hi all, My name is Ivan, I'm 29 and originally from Hong Kong. I've been in Australia on a working holiday visa since March 2025.

I spent the last five months on the Gold Coast and recently relocated to Melbourne, where I'm excited to explore the city! I'm looking to start renting from November 7th for 3-4 months (until late February 2026).

My budget is around $300 - 400 PW. Would love to be around Brunswick, Northcote, Thornbury area, and also Windsor and Prahran area as well.

I have over five years of experience in house-sharing in both Hong Kong and Australia, living with people from all over the world. I'm tidy, easygoing, and respect shared spaces. My lifestyle is active—I regularly practice BJJ—but I also enjoy unwinding with a few beers sometimes.
