I’ve lived in Sydney for over 10 years and truly value a calm, comfortable home environment. I’m tidy, respectful, and lead a quiet, low-key lifestyle. In my free time, I enjoy reading.

I’m looking for a spacious master room—ideally with a private bathroom, but a bathroom just outside the room is perfectly fine. The space should be in a clean and friendly share house, ideally close to public transport.

Since I work from home, I’d need enough room to comfortably fit:

a queen-size bed frame – 202 × 160 cm

a 75” TV on an IKEA BESTÅ TV bench – 180 × 42 cm

a large desk using an IKEA GERTON solid wood tabletop – 155 × 75 cm

This setup requires roughly a room size of at least 3 × 3 meters to fit everything comfortably.
When working from home, I always wear headphones to minimize noise and ensure I don’t disturb others.

I’m not a party person, smoker, or drinker, and I’m hoping to live with housemates who also appreciate a peaceful and respectful home environment.
